    The park is filled with dog poop. I lost count after 30 piles. The smell alone is enough to turn one's stomach. The Mutt Mitt container is empty. There is a barrel right there. I thought dog owners were required to carry bags on their person to dispose of their dog's waste. It's gross.

    There is a trail of sand in the middle of Lookout Street that starts at the top closest to Commonwealth and stops in front of 22 Lookout Street.

    Two bags of spring yard waste were not picked up. This is supposed to be a spring collection week according to the city trash collection brochure.

    A nasty torn couch has been sitting on the sidewalk on Centennial Ave. nearest to Exchange Street for over a week.

    The bushes at the corner of Lookout and Exchange St. are very wide making it difficult to see to the right. One must pull way out into the street in order to see if there is oncoming traffic to the right. If the bushes were cut back it would not block the view.

    20 Commonwealth Avenue Gloucester, Massachusetts - Gloucester
    I reported that there is a large amount of dog feces in Governor's Park. Nothing has been done to clean it up. There are various states of mess...some old and some fresh. There is a trash barrel located at the entrance. Perhaps a waste bag dispenser should be provided to those too lazy to bring a bag with them when they walk their dog. According to the ordinances, you are supposed to carry a bag on your person in order to dispose of the waste. Please send someone to clean the park...(the grass is in need of mowing as well.) I doubt that anyone will monitor the park in order to catch the violators.
