This property is a nuisance that has become a hang out for juveniles and crime. The wooded lot has rotten trees that have fallen on to the roof, and stairway of my property next door . I have tried to work with the owner and I am having no luck.

Street Sign ran over by vehicle, has been damaged for weeks . Someone has actually tried to bend it back to proper position . It’s a shame law enforcement would drive by for weeks and see this and not bring it to proper

There is over grown debris at 160 ward street that makes it impossible for traffic to flow when more than two cars are in front of this address .

There is a unsafe structure that has been left next door to my property . I have seen several children
playing in and out of this structure and vagrants living in it at night . Also has caused a rodent problem .
This needs to bedealt with asap before our city is responsible for someone's injury.
It literally looks as if someone has dumped unwanted property on the lot . Would the mayor want this in his subdivision . Who gave permission to destroy my property value , when I'm trying to rebuild this area and trash is being allowed to dumped next door .
