Other Archived2406 Mesa Linda Dr Ne Albuquerque, NM 87112, USA - Albuquerquea doggie bag pole was knocked over a couple mo ths ago. the city removed the post and now all we have is sharp metal sticking out of the ground. this needs to be removed before someone cut a themselves on it. painting it blue was a poor solution. come dig the old post out. absolutely a hazard with the strong sharp metal.

Other Archived2707 Mesa Linda Dr Ne Albuquerque, NM 87112, USA - AlbuquerqueThis utility pole has been pecked by woodpeckers for many many years. someone may want to look into replacing it before it snaps in half like the one across the street did last year that resulted in loss of power to two blocks for an entire week. These poles are 70 years old.

Mark Ramsey with R H NM Law is using the r-1 zoned residence as an office for his law practice. That goes directly against the zoning of R-1 residences. Our city is already combating a housing shortage and trying to push for double residences in R1 zones areas, so it needs to get rid of businesses using single family dwellings as business operations. This lawyer just wants a cheaper location for his business to operate, but it is taking away a housing opportunity from a family. This is highly unfair since a family cannot rent a commercial property for their residence. We have plenty of available business locations nearby, including multiple in the Albertsons lot a half mile away. Please remove this business and let's have it restored to a family dwelling as zoning dictates.
No one is at this residence aside from business operation hours. The woman is there from 9-5, Monday through Friday. Never on weekends and never after 5.

Hopefully the electric has some fail safe way to turn off so it doesn't electrocute anyone.

The kiddos are having a hard time reaching the swings because the woodchips have compacted so much. We could use a load of fresh woodchips. Thanks!

Other ArchivedHoffman Park 8712 Phoenix Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112, USA - AlbuquerqueReally large felled branch in SW corner of Hoffman Park. The Branch is still attached to the tree, so I'm not sure if it will fall the rest of the way by itself. If it does hopefully there are no kiddos playing in it like many were doing today. (It does make a pretty sweet fort.)

Missed Trash Pick Up Archived2711 Mesa Linda Dr Ne Albuquerque, NM 87112, USA - AlbuquerqueHonestly, I think they didnt pick it up because it was full of water and probably was too heavy. I dumped all the water from the rain out, so it should be fine now. Yay for monsoon season.

I get it, the west side has become the city's main focus, but they can't just let the existing parks go to crap.
