    Trash collection skipped all week. seems the entire alley was missed. This increases the amount of rats in the alley. Please pick up trash ASAP as rats are digging through trash spreading throughout the alley.

    Abundance of rats still seen in Alley and on private property. Seen climbing inside cars and running on top of fences. Property owners have tried creating barriers, using electronic devices to deter, and non toxic methods to rid the rats. They have burrowed through the back yards of all the neighbors. Pizza Bolis seems to be a huge attraction due to overflowing garbage, garbage and food thrown on ground, and general disarray in rear of restaurant. They've also been noted to leave rear door open frequently. Please investigate/treat. The odor from the rat feces is overpowering!

    Little to no change with prior treatment. Rats still seen in large numbers in alley and back yard. Have made multiple burrows through fence and patio.

    Rats are still very heavy in alley and continue to climb under hood of car. Have caused damage to property and to car. For the amount of times this issue has been reported there should be zero issue with rats. Please get this issue under control. ***[There are dogs that use the back yard so please be careful with poison distribution]***

    rats continue to live in back yard, are burrowing and causing Slate patio to cave in. have been seen building nests inside vehicles, and most recently have been found bloody and dead on property.

    Increase in rat activity in Alley. There have been a large number of rats in the alley behind 2012, 2014, and 2010 15th Street NW. There doesn't appear to have been any recent treatments by the city in the area.

    Gray/dark silver Hyundai Sonata parked in a private parking spot hindering owner from parking. Please send someone immediately to deal with this ongoing issue of illegal parking.

    PIZZA BOLIS employees continuously illegally park in alley making it impossible for traffic flow and residents who own private parking spots to enter/exit Parking spots freely. Please send a unit to enforce this area now and continuously as this issue is ongoing and has been for the past 5 years. This includes the clearly marked fire lane in which there is always a vehicle parked in just behind 2010 15th Street

    Vehicle is parked illegally in the alley between U and V streets NW. White Utility van with MD plates. Is blocking residents of 2012 15th street from entering and exiting their privately owned parking spots.
