    I have been waiting since December 29th for someone to please remove a sofa that is sitting in front of my home on the curb.

    I was told on the phone that someone was coming the next day to remove the sofa, but 9 days later and I'm still waiting.

    This is now my 4th attempt to please have this piece of furniture removed. I am moving on Sunday and would like to have the peace of mind of knowing that it's no longer there.

    It has now been 8 days since I placed a request for a special pickup of a sofa that is sitting on the curb in front of my home. I was told by the operator on Dec. 29 that someone was coming the next day to pick it up. No one came.

    2 days ago I placed a second request that was "acknowledged" but no action was taken. The sofa still sits in front of my home.

    This is now the 3rd request I'm placing in 8 days even though your website says "next day pickup." The sofa is green. I've attached a photo if it.

    Last Week on December 29th I placed a request for a special pick up for a sofa over the phone. It is now 6 days later and the sofa has still not been picked up. I was told by the operator that it would be picked up the next day. My address is 1293 75th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Fl. 33702.

    I have been waiting 3 days for wood to be pickup in front of my house.

    I was told that someone was coming Monday to pick the wood up. No one came.

    I called back and was then told someone was coming Tuesday. No one came.

    I am now filing this complaint with the mayors office since this is the 3rd missed pickup at my address in 2 weeks. They previously missed my recycling bin and now I've made 2 appointments for special pickup which have been ignored.

    Please get your act together and stick to your appointments when citizens need a special pickup. Do not leave citizens hanging.
