Resident located at 217 Astoria Way continues to park on the side of a narrow street where there is a clear sign entering the neighborhood that states there is to be no parking. He also parks his truck half in his driveway and the other part is blocking the sidewalk and the tail of the truck is hanging in the street making it impossible for me to back out my driveway without manipulation.
