    My recyclables were picked up today; they weren't missed, but I figured this request should go to your department: please ask the collectors NOT to put the big blue recycle bin in the middle of my driveway when they've emptied it. Put it back on the sidewalk to the side of the driveway, so that I'm not blocked. Thank you ;>)
