Trash and debris are strewn about the area all the way from Eubank to the old Lomas off ramp. Sidewalk has been sprayed with graffiti, etc. SO glad the city is spending tens of millions on updating Los Altos park for the homeless to trash.

All paved trials in the Ventana Ranch West subdivision aren't accessible by wheelchairs, strollers or walkers. Large boulders have been placed next to/behind bollards to prevent motorized vehicles (however dirtbikes still get through) and are so close together you cant' push a stroller through many of them.

Weeds, scrub, bushes and Dessert Willow saplings overgrowing Nort side curb/right of way, extending into traffic again along Irving Bvld NW, from Universe to Ventana Ridge Rd NW.
Took being published in local paper to get city to come and clear the area, then they only did form Rainbow to Ventana Ridge, leaving everything East of Rainbow growing. Hopefully, won't take the CABQ a year and a half and getting called out in the paper to fix it this time.

Today driver released them into the front of our truck, damaging/scuffing headlight. Luckily, we installed protection film on them, which will now have to be replaced.
