Human feces previously reported and still on tracks at entrance on Louisiana

Storm drain is still not even visible today, two days after rain. Another storm is coming. There are mosquitos everywhere

Negligent storm drain maintenance. This has been reported repeatedly for years now all the way to mayors office. Promises are made and nothing gets done. It is not graded correctly and the water sits and does not drain whenever it rains. The city cleaned up the weeds along fence which destabilized it and caused it to fall. The railroad cleaned the ditch but this made it worse and made the pool wider. They The city needs to correct issues with the storm drain This is a negligent safety hazard. People walking on railroad could fall in. Standing water attracts mosquitos and wear Nike. God knows what’s in the water.

Standing water sludge in clogged storm drain-this is a dangerous health hazard. This is completely unacceptable management and will get worse with next rain.

In addition to vagrancy and the repeated dumping on the storm drain on the opposite side not pictured, people have been dumping trash, old furniture, materials and even human waste. Made repeated calls to railroad company. Something needs to be done to deter dumping.

Illegal dumping and possibly homeless encampment in the overgrowth. Frequent disturbances at this location at night.

Overgrown trees/bushes opposite the fence on my property. Branches are grown over my carport and drop leaves and debris that are weighing down and damaging my carport and roots are damaging my fence and driveway. Have contacted railroad but have had no success.
