Neighbor

The street light on the corner of Willow and Center had the bulb replaced a little over a week ago and the new bulb is like a spotlight coming into our bedrooms and living room. It is much brighter than it ever was before and it is by far the brightest street light in the neighborhood. It even lights up the homes across the river. My entire yard looks like its daylight all night long. Please change the bulb or install a shield.
