The entire stretch of upper Main Street in Malden, from the Florence St. intersection to the Melrose line at Pink Banks Park, is in dire need of repaving. There are major ruts and cracks in the road, with many patch jobs over the years. My own home near the intersection of Forest and Main shakes noticeably and has suffered cracks in the foundation from large vehicles hitting uneven patches in the street.
When can this stretch of road be scheduled for repaving? Can this be done before snow starts this winter?
