    Saw a vehicle throwing out litter - plastic drinks containers and tissue paper all the way along 56 ave hwy 10 from 152nd st through cloverdale. Vehicle was dark grey dodge grand caravan license 332 spc sat November 16th approx 2:50pm. Rear side window would open and garbage ejected. Happened on both sides of vehicle.
