Earlier this year a utility pole was replaced. Instead of reattaching the various utility lines to the new pole, they reattached a portion of the old pole with the lines to the new pole. The result is that all the utility lines are hanging lower than they were previously. Last winter when the plows came down our street they would graze the utility lines. With them hanging even lower now I can envision the plows pulling all the lines down this winter.
