In the rear of 256 Ames street all this debris was left out after someone clearly moved out of the property. This is a total and complete eyesore. There’s trash in between the dumpster, behind in the woods and in front. I pay too much money to live here and have to view this trash. Please have the owner move this ASAP.

Trash and furniture debris sitting out in frontof the property. Has been there for a couple weeks now. Needs removing.

Mattresses and furniture dumped in front of the closer business. This is utterly ridiculous. I don’t know who or why someone would dump all that debris there. It could be the tenants or passerby’s sibling the debris. Either way, it’s ugly and an eye sore. Can this please be removed ?

Hutch style piece of furniture has been on the sidewalk for multiple days now. Trash pickup had come and gone and it’s still there. Can owner have it removed please ?

Old refrigerators just sitting in the yard. Trash day has since come and gone. Needs to be removed eyesore.

In the rear of 256 Ames Street the city blocked the dumpster when they were plowing for the recent snow storm. I opened a previous SCF and it was prematurely closed stating it was private property. The City blocked the dumpster with the snow no one else did this. It needs to be removed from in front of the dumpster. The trash collector for the 6 family has come and stated he can’t get to the dumpster. The dumpster is now full and no additional trash can fit. Therefore the trash will now start spilling out of the dumpster and into the street. Please send someone by to check this out to verify what I’m saying. I’m hoping this can be resolved ASAP.

In the rear of 256 Ames Street property owners snow remover plowed all the snow in front of the dumpster. Now the trash company will not be able to collect the trash. The homeowner needs to be called to have the snow removed so the trash can be collected from the dumpster. If the trash is not picked up it will begin to overflow in the dumpster causing a whole separate issue.

Brown rusty water has been coming from our faucets for two days now. I did a load of white laundry the other day and my t-shirts and undershirts are ruined. I have a 1 year old in my home whom I can’t bathe because we have rusty water. It would be greatly appreciated if we could be notified of any work being done that may cause these issues in the future. I’m really bothered by my whites being destroyed by the brown/rusty water.

I even tried allowing the water to run by setting a timer for 10 minutes and to no avail. I think this is totally unacceptable.

Water from sump pump being drained to the street and freezing making it hard to walk and navigate on the street.

Storm drain on Interval Street needs to be cleaned. There’s too much debris and leaves covering the drain preventing the water from draining therefore flooding the street.

Plan the drain be cleaned to avoid additional flooding of the street?

Mattress in the rear of 75 Blendall street has been sitting up against the fence next to dumpster for months. Needs to be put in the dumpster so it can be picked up. Refuse will not accept it laying up against the fence. Please contact owner to have mattress removed.

Dresser and mattress has been sitting out needs to be picked up.

There’s a King mattress and box spring with sofa impeding pedestrian traffic on the sidewalk. The debris has the orange sorry Brockton stickers on them. They’ve been out for two week now. When I walk my daughter and dog I have to step into the street. Can the owner please be notified to remove the debris and or call to have the items properly picked up.

From Montello street to North Carey all of Ames street has very deep potholes. These potholes all need to be patched in Ames please. You have to constantly dip in and out of the lane to avoid the potholes. It's very dangerous.

At this readiness there's so much trash in the front yard, and along the side of the house. It's definitely a hazard of many sorts. PLEASE address this with the owner.

There's trash and debris on the sidewalk in from of the home. It's impeding pedestrian walking. Also possible safety hazard as well just sitting out there.

There's all kinds of junk in the rear. Broken grills, furniture etc. not safe for kids to play. Plus it's an eyesore.

There seems to be a broken PVC pipe in front of 45 St. Casimir street in Brockton. It's flowing water all down St. Casimir street. This issue has been ongoing. It looks like the issue was originally covered with asphalt, however, the cars parking there are driving over it and it's cracked/broken again. I think the issue needs immediate attention, as in the winter it causes St. Casimir street to become a walking sheet of ice and very unsafe. I would also assume it's costing either the residents of 45 St. Casimir street or the city of Brockton money due to the constant water running as well.
