Trash container top is Broken, has holes in it. Allows for rodents and other small animals to enter and pull out garbage and litter alley creating an environmental mess and home owners seem to be responsible for cleanup even though they disposed of properly.

Tree limb fell across alley and took some cabling down as well. Monday is trash day so it needs to be cleared. ASAP

Trash container is missing top. Recently it has been observed raccoons, opossums, and rats entering and exiting in search of food.

In the alley behind 4944 Emerson Avenue S, in front of electric pole # 4944 someone has placed a blue recycling container that is full of horrible smelling garbage. Please have container picked up ASAP.

The lawn on the 6th Avenue S side is overgrown and shabby looking. From the 50th Street side the lawn is even more overgrown and shabby and there is clear evidence of front lawn parking. Westminster Heights needs a more aggressive and watchful eye from codes compliance, many of it's residents are working hard to enhance the neighborhood and need the help from the city to attain their goals.

Once again the grass and shrubbery around the bus depot is creating an atmosphere of dilapidation. As a resident of Westminster Heights and taxpayer I feel insulted that the city has so little respect for our neighborhood. Neglect like this undermines the hard work of the community and their efforts to beautify this neighborhood. It is respectfully requested that a maintenance schedule be enacted.

Over-grown lawn, grass and weeds now approaching 4 feet in height. This house is neglected and a neighbor blight. Taxpayers are working hard to improve Westminster Heights and to allow this to go this long is a slap in the face to those who try and change the neighborhood image.

once again the summer rainy season is upon us and the Bus Depot grounds are looking quite unkempt. The grass on the 6th Avenue side is approching 3 feet in some areas and creating a dismal view for the tax payers across the street and others who still by. On the 49th Street side grass is also very high and littered with trash creating a neglected appearance for the city in general. Westminister Heights is working hard to elevate their image and increase their property value and neglect of the city property demeans our efforts. Please correct in a timely manner. Also note this property only appears to be taken care of when there are complaints, what doe it take to have regularly scheduled maintenance.

There is a dead dog in the tree line between Emerson Ave. S and 6th Ave. S in front of the Media Concepts building

There is a box spring and mattress in the alley, it is being used by I suppose a homeless person for sleeping at night.

Illegal dumping has occurred in the alley behind this vacant house.

First reported 10-22-2015 to Sanitation: The city dumpster is located on the city street/sidewalk easement on Emerson Ave S. With the wind, overflow is blown into the front yard of private property, please note rodents have been observed in and around the dumpster during the evening and night hours. It is unsightly to residential home owners and morning pickups are noisy and intrusive to home owners enjoying their porch for morning coffee. This commercial dumpster should be located in the alley, the same as residential trash containers.
