Drainage Acknowledged1624 Utah Houston Tx 77007 - Rice MilitaryThe drain at 1624 utah 77007 was completely covered with debri and trash during our july 4th flooding. Tried to clean it so water can drain but the wooden boards placed over the ditch make it impossible to get in and clean it. Currently the water is not able to flow from both the right and left side into the actual drain because debri is blocking it. Residence does not appear to keep it clean because you can't see the actual drain or ditch like you are able to at 1622 Utah or or 6032 Clyde 77007 which is HOW it is suppose to look like to help us avoid as much flooding. When residences cover the ditches or drains this exacerbates are flooding throughout the neighborhood.

If u are on malone st going north you can not see traffic coming from west because the cars are blocking view. If u are coming from allen st west the cars rears are sticking out too far blocking you to drive east. Please enforce parallel parking here or put a parking restriction. Allen street is too narrow and heavily commuted to park like this.
