    All long the fire trail above Belfast there is tall grass. A week ago the sheep were brought in to clear the area around Leona Lodge but the homes adjacent to the public access fire trail were left unprotected.

    Less than partial striping including NO center stripe on Mountain. MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD. Subsequent to the sewer project (completed November 1st) there has been what amounts to NO safety corridor striping.

    Mike Ferro suggested I be included in voicing my interest in this project. For number of months we've attended meetings with our council members and do understand it takes time & 'a village'. For numerous reasons our (I live on Belfast) corridor is not conducive to neighborhood cohesion. Mountain has little if any sidewalks and is unsafe. During commute hours the corridor is used to circumvent the 580/13 confluence. Bottom line we need a fix! I'd like to be able to walk to the shopping center...too dangerous. I drive.
