To whom it may concern. This will be the 4 request for someone to come out and enforce sanitary rules. It's been going on for about 2 years now the neighbors leave their trash containers all day every day in the sidewalk it creating rat problem and make the neighborhood look awful. When it's super windy trash bin be hitting park cars.

Neighbors always leave trash bins out in the sidewalk. I've seen them falling on cars when it's a windy day. Also it's bringing more rats into the neighborhood please send someone to investigate

Second request please send someone to do their job. And not just closing the work order the dc residents submit.

I submitted this request 2 months ago for the trees to be pruned but someone close the request and mark it as resolve. Now this happen see picture attached 6/16/16 due to the heavy rain and strong wind. Please have someone do something about this problem that we are having on the 700 block of harvard St Nw.

Trees branches need to be trim because they are overlapping into the street and when we ha strong winds small branches fall on cars.

This road is a snow emergency route and it hasn't been clean on the right side of the road. We can't park because there is 3 feet of snow before you get to the curb please remove asap since the snow emergency has been lifted.

These home owner always leave there trash bin out there for weeks and this is a constant problem. Please have some one to enforce the law.

The whole street have over grown weed on the sidewalk
