Landscape debris has been uncollected for multiple weeks.

Still dark when picture was taken. Streetlight out.

The streetlight between 1808 and 1810 Melbourne Ave. is out for the second time this year. Without it, the street is VERY dark on the section of street where I live.

This is the light directly visable from my home. Last night (Christmas night) was the first time that I noticed it being out.

Streetlight between 2210 and 2212 Bide-O-Wee Dr. NE is OUT at night and is ON during the day. While is is ON, it makes a noticeable arcing/buzzing sound.

Surface-striping and painting on Intergraph Way is invisible in certain sections. South-bound, there is a right-turn mark on the road that if taken, will cause the driver to crash over a curb.

At night and in the rain, certain sections of lane divider signage on the road is not visible.

Cars do not know where on the road to drive while driving on this section of roadway. Please help.

The street signed marked: “SE N Shawdee Rd. 12300” / “SE Willow Dr. 5100” has been knocked down and is completely severed at its base.

The streetlight on Maysville Rd. between Ward Ave. and Beirne Ave. alternates between very dim and “off.”

The only street light on the 500 block of Lacey (between McCullough Ave and Beirne Ave) is out. This makes the street and houses on that block pretty dark at night.

The globe of the street-light at the corner of 1900 Bide-A-Wee Dr. and 1800 Stevens Dr. appears to have been dislodged, may fall at some point, and is directing light down the street rather than under the light.

Speed limit sign has lost one of the screws that was holding it to the pole and is hanging by a single fastener.

The streetlight at the corner of 1700 Bide-A-Wee and 700 Maysville Rd. has been completely out for months.

The street-light at the corner of Bide-A-Wee Dr. and Wooddale Dr. (1800 / 1800 ) continuously cycles "off" to "on" all night long. I have observed it "off then on" on multiple occasions during my morning walk.

The street-light between 1808 and 1819 Melbourne Ave. is cycling on and off during the night. The light goes off entirely for about a minute, starts blinking and comes back on with a no-to-so bright white light. The light becomes more and more yellow and VERY bright over the next 3 or 4 minutes, until it goes out again.
