    Lincoln Park - Called in by Ken Arnerich - 925-381-5378 - Live wire coming from the pole right where the driveway to Lincoln Park. It ties in from the power pole to the scoreboard. One strong wind can knock it down. It is held down by 3 braces; 2 already broke off and it's hanging with 1 brace.
  • Encinal Boat Ramp (3rd St & Central Ave) Alameda, California - Alameda
    Encinal Boat Ramp - Called in by Steve Simmons, 523-4427 - Brand new ramp is coming apart. The new dock is a combination of 3 pieces and each is connected with a door hinge mechanism. The door hinge held together with bolts and pipe pins. The pins are coming out causing the pieces of the ramp to separate from each other. The pin on the dock closest to the concrete has come out and with the next high tide, the dock will twist and can break apart. Please repair.

    Someone removed the plastic sliding doors and bent the bottom metal rail on the outside ARPD bulletin board. Please re-install the plastic sliding doors back on. The sliding doors are sitting on the front porch of the office.

    Bill Osborne Flying Field - People are dumping furniture in the field this past weekend; homeless people are starting to live near the water/bushes/covered area (cardboard homes). People have moved the Flying Field furniture (near the entrance) over to the water area. The area has become unsafe for those walking on the trail. Homeless encampment is closer to the water's edge. They are also leaving hard liquor and clothing.

    Even an ARPD coach Jake said it tastes really bad. Kids didn't want to drink it during free T-shirt league baseball event today. They said it tasted like paint. I agree.
