    Another typical Friday afternoon at the B&N market. Just watched a blatant drug deal go down in broad daylight. Don't forget the two tweakers basically passed out laying there just outside the front door. Again,in plain sight. Ahh, and last but not least, the piles of garbage scattered throughout the parking lot and all of the landscaping. Definitely an asset to the community and should really help property values.

    House has been vacant for over a year now. Windows are now broken and yard is overgrown with the fence beginning to come down. The House has already been broken into once. The owners live out of state and have been made aware of the issues but refuse to take any action. The house is an eyesore and dangerous liability in its current state.
