Yard debris has been pushed back to make a space for illegal parking in North Highlands Park.

There is a 3rd car, not pictured. Residents across the street park cars, junk & yard waste. This is county property - part of North Highlands Park.
Red pickup truck usually has the hood up, but now has a flat tire. Other cars come and go while driveways remain empty.

Trash was not picked up yesterday although recycling was.

I wasn't sure what category this would go under, but I'm rather certain there wouldn't be enough pressure in this hydrant to put out a house fire.

This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Dumping of yard waste & household waste. Yard waste is pushed back into the woods.

Sidewalk down to Nottingham is covered in pine straw & branches. Who knows what's underneath, but it is unusable for pedestrians.

This car has been parked for over a week in this spot. Even the law mowers have gone around it and there is no sign that it has been moved.
It needs to be towed away.

Top of an old tree came down taking the top of a live tree with it. It has been pushed into the right of way and needs to be cleared.

Did not get a recycling cart.

I got my new cart with an item that says that my new trash pick up day will be very different from my current day.
All previous communication says that that won't change.
Whom do I believe?

Still have old trash & recycling carts.

Trash was picked up, though the old cart is still there.
Old recycling cart is still full and was left behind.

To date, Ryland has not dropped off any carts. My trash & recycling carts have trash in them. Ryland says that they will not pick up ADS carts.
Since the publicly touted plan is falling apart, what is Plan B?

While much has been made of the new trash pick up by Ryland, no details have been forthcoming. My carts stood up on the street for 10 days and no one has picked them up. At the same time, no new carts have been provided.

When will this happen?

The sidewalk from Curry to Old Clinton Rd is many places is unusable. In most cases because it is overgrown.
The neighborhood would like to rely on homeowners to keep their yards in good shape and some do, but where they don't pedestrians suffer.
In many cases, people walk in the street because the sidewalks are unusable.
They require constant attention, especially in the summer.

Sidewalks on both sides of the street are narrowed if not blocked by overgrowth.
Pedestrians must walk out in the street to pass in many areas.
