I put the cart out this morning next to the Recycle cart (which you didn't pick up LAST WEEK). I went to the doctor. When I came home, the cart was gone. (The Recycle still wasn't emptied.) I called your number spoke to a lady who said she would report it. That it would take 1- 10 days for a replacement. 1-10 DAYS!!!

How dare you close my "Missed Garbage" Complaint!!!? It's not been picked up from last week!!! And I doubt it will be picked up tomorrow. A fine effort is being made. NOT!

You had Thursday and Friday this Monday holiday week to pick up Stout Road Cove’s garbage and you failed.

Didn’t take long to get messed up with service. Our garbage can still has not been emptied.

Please advise this neighborhood whom we have to bribe, sleep with, or assassinate to get pick ups restarted. It is certainly not happening by just putting in See Click Fix forms.

Today is Sunday, March 23, 2021. Our neighborhood was supposed to have been serviced on Wednesday, March 17th. But according to you, that could not happen because of the storm. Okay, but what about the following Thursday, Friday or Saturday? And today is "the day of rest". So it won't happen today. Also according to weather forecasts, the next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be raining. So we're in the "sorry box" again. As usual, the fault doesn't lie with the folks on the line, it's with the alleged management of this outfit. Mr. Mayor, instead of worrying about getting away from TVA, fix this problem first.

Garbage not picked up on Wednesday due to bad weather. Understandable. Not picked up on Thursday. Not so understandable. Maybe a little. But not picked up on Friday!! Seriously? What’s the problem?

Yesterday was the start of our new pickup schedule. Everything was by the curb. And no pickup was done!!!

2nd Request for the same problem. Not picked up on last Tuesday, the regular day nor Wednesday the next day (no weather problem) nor Thursday nor yet today (Friday). No problem on the road here as I had to drive. so what' going to be the problem today???

Your men picked up the recycle carts today (3 days late), but we understand the terrible COVID illness issue with absentees. The only thing is: by flipping the carts totally backward so that the lid is trapped underneath the cart when it hits the street, the lid is liable to be broken off. This is what happened at 2660 Stout Road Cove. Now my neighbor, who lives by herself will need it fixed. (I'm her neighbor at 6815 Stout Road.)

Trash was picked as it should have been on Tuesday December 1, 2020. RECYCLE WAS NOT.
Last week I thanked y'all for the excellent job that was done. NOT THIS WEEK.

When something has gone awry, I'm quick to file a complaint. So it seems only fair, when things go well, you should know I appreciate it. This week, both my carts were picked up on the correct day; so thank you very much!

Recently y'all replaced my unusable recycle box. And I appreciate it. But the unusable one was left at the curb. I have moved it further down the curb to right at the Stout Road and Stout Road Cove intersection. East side. Please pick it up. Thank you.

Well, three times I have put in an S.R. to get you to repair my recycle cart. Or you could even replace it. Anyway, THREE times I have gotten answers that look to me like they are just flat lies. I don't know what else to call them. Been told wrong curb or cart is good. So there it will stay - upside down - forever, I guess. Because you apparently have no intention of fixing or replacing.
