The arrow is pointing to 14th st from the corner. It should be pointing the opposite direction. Results in no parking restrictions at all for the curb back to public garden space. The opposite side of the street has regulated parking but this situation results in blocked egress from 14th st to 15th st because of congestion caused by that sign pointing the wrong direction.

Cap to meter near sidewalk loose, could not put back securely. Probably requires a key. It’s loose, ajar and a hazard.

Cap to sewage plug at sidewalk blown out. Raw sewage and tissue across the sidewalk.
