This is an addendum to my original complaint so I could upload another picture. Three houses built on Rivoli Landing at the corner of Rivoli Drive. You should make it so we can upload more than 1 picture. I also wanted to say that we did not have any drainage issues, be it water and certainly not mud or muddy water, until the contractor cleared that land and built those houses.

This is the 2nd or 3rd complaint about this same issue. Three houses were built on Rivoli Landing at the corner of Rivoli Dr recently. The wooded lot was clear-cut prior to construction. We, as well as our neighbors have had a big problem of mud and muddy water runoff into our yards and driveways. Some efforts have been made by the contractor to remedy the problem including the digging of two holding ponds. As you are surely aware, we had a disproportionately large amount of rain this past Saturday evening and the results are very slightly shown in the two pictures I have uploaded with this message. We tried to get more but the storm was pretty bad. Come look at the mud and ask any nearby neighbor and I feel sure you will get the full story. Thanks.

2 bags of leaves that are smaller than 2 cubic yards were put out by the road three weeks ago. My pick up day is Friday. Please ask them to pick them up this Friday before the bags get damaged and the leaves spread out. I am wheelchair bound and have to pay someone to gather them and put them by the road.. Thanks.

The subcontractor who removed the debris left by the road did terrible damage to my mom's yard and one of her cherry trees. This was done with a front-end loader. She is a widow and I am wheelchair bound and neither of us will ever be able to repair the damage. Once it rains, there will be a muddy mess. It is almost unbelievable how he left it. Please look at the picture.

Tony Butler Construction of 3638 Vineville Ave. Macon, phone: 478-228-0815 has cleared 3 lots at the corner of Rivoli Dr. and Rivoli Landing and is building 3 or 4 houses. Since he cleared that land sometime this Spring, when it rains hard, my neighbors in front of me going down Senora Dr have been complaining to him that their backyards are a muddy mess and landscaping has been ruined. They have complained directly to Mr. Butler and apparently whatever he did to fix it has diverted the mud to Conway Dr. During that storm yesterday, I noticed a huge steam of muddy water flowing down the road in front of my house. After heavy rain, water usually stands at the end of my driveway for awhile and then soaks in the ground. After the water soaked in yesterday, what was left was red clay mud. I am wheelchair bound or I would shovel it up myself but since I can't, my wife and daughter are having to drive through this mud each time they pull in and out of our driveway tracking the mess up our driveway and getting on their vehicles. Please help. Also, please let me know who to contact to report Mr. Butler as I know one neighbor on Senora who is pretty upset about damaged landscaping that he recently completed in his backyard.
