The pavement has come up in large chunks in a variety of places all along this section of Wilmot. Due to the large amount of traffic headed towards Costco, I can only imagine that many people will be getting new tires for Christmas from Costco.

The big pothole has been around a while (first reported August 22). His little buddy showed up recently and I thought he had grown large enough to warrant him having his own report.

Large chunks of pavement are missing around the manhole cover in the middle of the street.

There is a pot hole that has formed around the edges of the concrete that surrounds the manhole cover in the southeast corner of the intersection. It is in the number two lane of eastbound Speedway.

Initially reported this in an email directly to TDOT. When they responded to another pothole reported (at a later date) on seeclickfix forty feet away this pothole was not filled.
