On July 18, by e-mail, which I subsequently published, Sarah Henry told me, with regards to the Belt Line homeless: "these individuals are long-time Alameda residents. "

I would like to get copies of any records held by the City of Alameda, the City of Alameda Housing Authority, or applicable city agencies, that support this statement and give evidence - and meaning - to the assertion that the belt line campers are "long-time Alameda residents."

(What does that mean? They were resident at the Belt Line for a long time? They lived in Alameda in a house before?)

Now that 4 way stop has been deployed at Ninth and Taylor, cross traffic, in theory, DOES stop. Ergo, these signs are inaccurate.

At the April 4th council meeting, regarding the rent control ordinance, Councilmember Oddie referenced an email sent to him calling him a "coward" - I'd like to get a copy of that e-mail.

The City of Alameda maintains an account for so-called PEG funds. Money that comes from cable tv fanchise operators (comcast, AT&T) to fund Public access, Education and Government content on local cable.

I would like to get:
a) current balance of that fund.
b) an accounting of inflows and outflows in that fund, from Jan 1, 2015, to current date.

Leaky faucet on side of rec building dripping water.

I'd like to get a copy of the city manager's letter written to the renters coalition in response to their demands for a moratorium on tenant evictions,

A Sept Alameda Magazine article refers to a residents e-mail to the Mayor about chronic, long-term, parking issues on her street. I'd like to get a copy of that e-mail, and a copy of the Mayor's forwarding of the e-mail to city staff, the police chief, etc.

"Spencer had forwarded an email to the chief from a city resident about citations she received for partially parking on a sidewalk. In her forwarding email, Spencer acknowledged that she had specifically asked the resident to email her about the parking ticket problem. The mayor added that she was “hopeful that the City can make progress on all your concerns this time.”

In a September 2016 article about the mayor, Steven Tavares references an e-mail sent "last spring" by alameda resident Parminder Dhingra to Mayor Trish Spencer and Police Chief Rolleri, alleging that he was treated unfairly by an officer.

I'd like to get a copy of that e-mail.

In a Sept 7th, 2016 letter to the city manager, APOA president Alan Kuboyama refers to an email exchange between Mayor Trish Spencer and Police Chief Paul Rolleri, wherein Rolleri wrote in part, "...it would be premature to have a discussion..."

I'd like to get a copy of the exchange, starting with the Mayor's e-mail to the chief, the chief's response, and any subsequent messages exchanged.

I note that the city of alameda has already waived privilege by releasing the exchange to the police officers association and apparently as well to the East bay Citizen.
