    The water meter in front of 4306 S. Ashlawn Dr, 23221 has sunken several inches into the ground and poses a trip hazard. The city should be aware, as they dug it out when they repaired the gas lines in the neighborhood. Please fix.

    On Woodlawn, near the corner with Grove and by the dental office at 4315, there is a broken tree limb that is hanging in the roadway. Drivers on Woodlawn heading toward Grove must swerve into the oncoming lane to avoid it hitting their car.

    The playground equipment at Mary Munford school has been broken for months. Someone has put an orange safety barrel and orange tape up to block the children from using the equipment, but they frequently climb on it. It is a hole in the stairs of the structure in the southeast corner of the playground close to Commonwealth Avenue. There is also a broken spring toy whose broken base is marked by a safety barrel.

    There is always a standing water puddle in front of this vacant home. When facing the house from the sidewalk, it is to the left of the path to the house near the sidewalk.
