Pedestrian signal on northeast corner of Madison Avenue and S. McNeil Street has gotten turned the wrong direction and is facing west. Needs to be facing south to control pedestrians waiting to walk north across Madison Avenue.

Crosswalk markings at Union Avenue and S. Bellevue have become dirty and faded and are not sufficiently visible. Please repaint.
