    There is no bollard in the center of the two-way bicycle at it's beginning at Depot and 5th. People are driving in it.

    Slippery metal plates on Argo Dam walkway. When there's snow on the dam or if it's raining the metal plates on the walkway of the dam get really slippery. When snow is down you can't see the plates to avoid them and can slip and fall. Would love to see grips put down on them like the ones recently put in on the Broadway bridge sidewalk.
