    Drove from Central to Encinal on Park St Monday around 6pm. Double and triple parking is rampant, especially at the Alameda Ave intersection but really up and down Park St. Drivers are crossing the double yellow line to go around these parked cars. It’s unsafe. When are you going to do something about this?
