    Something hit bollard in this area and bollard was removed causing a trip hazard in the bricks. Other bollard is still missing on Northern part of this area from a while back. Not only is this a serious trip hazard it's a safety issue. While waiting to cross the street leaving the bank there have been many times where cars have come close to jumping the curb. With the bollards there at least there is some protection. Now there is nothing. Please fix before someone gets hurt.
