    Was told 2 weeks ago that a truck would be sent to move dumpster closer to apartments like it used to be. It is VERY close to the alley and last night a car actually hit it because i saw it! Many of us who live on the one way use the alley to get to our homes. It is so close to the alley it has become dangerous!!!!!!!!! I have lived in same house for 52 years and that dumpster has always been closer to the actual apartment complex! It is becoming negligent to have it obstructing an alley way !!!!!!!

    this trash dumpster and store dumpster have not been thrown in a week! Several residents have reported the issue. How difficult can it be to send a truck to empty and to move dumpster closer to apartment and not so close to the alley(many of us use alley to get into our homes). the homeless go thru dumpsters and throw out the trash .... and then yes it becomes the property owners problem! BUT it would not be if city would just do their job.

    Every night at the Tri H store .. there is obvious drug dealings happening ...and usually the employee that works there doing the dealing!!!! APD has been called but maybe city should get involved considering large groups of Albuquerque’s finest start lingering at the store and throwing trash everywhere! I think Albuquerque fed up with this and it’s time for city and APD to take action!!!!

    LARGE number of aggressive/high homeless gather every afternoon in front of this store. Problem getting worse everyday so bad i cannot purchase water because they gather around water machine to charge their phones! Believe selling drugs out of store as well!

    this alley was fixed by city few years ago and you all had left it really nice but now over years the alley is not level so water ponding in the SW corner of alley behind apartments and this water gets directed straight to back of my yard and floods it ... could you please try and at level this corner.. thank you!

    why do people think it's ok to leave their junky furniture and mattresses everywhere? These people should be held accountable for their trash which in turn creates more homeless sleeping on these mattresses and couches!!!!!! Is the mayor doing anything about the epidemic of homeless transients living everywhere? Albuquerque has become one big camp site!

    Going on a month and this transient still here causing problems! I watched him yell at officers all weekend, he has 2 bench warrants and they still are not making him move. He screams that this is his property ....... ! City are you going to do anything ??????? Eviction proceedings need to start ASAP this guy is a menace and nuisance to the whole UNM area!!!!!!!
