There's several pot holes and damage road way located on the west bound land just before and right at the stop sign at this intersection. The construction that has been on going has most likely been the cause of this damage. It has been semi-repaired, but is an absolute mess and needs to be properly removed, prepped and repaved.

This is and extremely dangerous intersection There needs to be a DO NOT TURN RIGHT ON RED sign with a flashing RED LIGHT installed for the East bound traffic turning south on Sooner Road from SE 44th st. I travel this route everyday and continually almost get hit while headed south on Sooner Rd. Please look at this option.

A HUGE Pot hole located just to the right on the I-40 West Bound on ramp approach located on the service road at Sooner Rd and I-40 across from Walmart. This gargantuan hole has been there for a very long time. If a person was not familiar with this hole, your car would probably be half swallowed! it need to be filled with stone, rock, and concrete.

There's a huge dip in the south bound lanes of Sooner Rd across from the Large Church on the east side of the road. I hit this every day and it is an ISSUE that needs fixed!

This is an extremely dangerous intersection. I travel this twice daily and a turning lane needs to be installed in the south and north bound lanes of sooner road turning both east onto 48th street and west onto Embers Drive.

A large number of potholes are located from SE Post Road all the way east to Westminster Rd on 74th st. I lost count of exactly how many pots holes there are on both the east and west bound lanes. There appeared to be an attempt to fix maybe 2 holes, but this road is littered with holes, large enough to hold water for days.

Pot holes are located on both the eastbound and westbound lanes of 74th street between Post Road and Westminster rd. There are at least 30-40 actual pot holes that need repair. They were full of water after the rains yesterday....this is a huge issue!!!

Pothole/large deviation located in the east bound lane at the bridge on 74th street. This is a large bump and chunk missing out of the west side of the existing patch. It has to be avoided at all costs because of its side. It's needs to be repaired!!!

Pot holes and broken road at intersection of Hickory Forest and Hickory Hill Dr. The water running into this deviation in the road and the constant traffic that crosses this intersection has made this a serious issue. Please please have a look at this much needed repair.

2 Pot Holes located on North bound lane of Triple X rd, north of 44th street and just south of Fred Stevens lane. One pothole is approx. 100yards south of Fred Stevens lane, the other is approximately 300-500 feet south of Fred Stevens lane.

Pothole located on 44th street, east bound lane east of the intersection of Henney Rd and 44th street. In Choctaw.

Pot hole located les than 1/4 mile west of triple x rd on east bound lane of Reno blvd. There's also a large deviation that needs filled in the same lane just prior to the stop sign headed east.

Pot holes in middle of lanes 1/4 mile north of 44th st on Triple X rd.

When stopped headed north bound on Triple X rd and 23rd st, looking right the view is blocked by a fence, telephone poles and sometimes stored items by the business on the SE corner of the intersection. Depending on what you are driving, this intersection is extremely dangerous.

POT HOLE, EAST BOUND LANE ON RENO BLVD, ABOUT 1/4 MILE WEST OF TRIPLE X RD.

Wow, this road has been loaded full of potholes for way too long. Starting at the intersection of S. Douglas Blvd and 74th St, just ourtside of Tinker AFB. When you head east on 74th street, the holes begin. There's a massive chunk missing that nearly threw the alignment off my truck. I mean this thing will jar your brain if there's west bound traffic and you are headed east on 74th st. This is one of many potholes in both the east and westbound lanes. The road seems to smooth out a bit in the last quarter mile of so, then the pot holes begin again to jar your brain once again with holes and deviations all over the place up until Westminster Rd. Please please fix this road. It's heavily used and an perfect alternate route for those headed east versus I-240.....
