    I'm confused and need your help. I received an e-mail stating that ID# 13351314 has been closed with no explanation.
    Nothing has been done since I originally reported the issue, last year, September 17, 2022.
    As you can see by the attached photo the bug invested, standing water has not been resolved.
    Please take care of this. Children and dogs walk by this every day.
