Construction being done to the rental house sinkhole house that has never been repaired by the current owner who has rented out for many years. The longtime renters moved out because of the mold inside and should be considered uninhabitable.

    This house is a rental that is a sinkhole house that was purchased by the current owner and never fixed. It's the 'crooked' house in the neighborhood. The longtime renters moved due to mold and mildew inside the home making it uninhabitable, that was never repaired. It is our understanding that the front door cannot be opened because of the sinkhole problem. There was a hole in the roof and now shingles are being put over existing shingles and there is no visible permit for this work.
