    I would appreciate a written response or a phone call from a public official to my question:

    WHAT STEPS DO I NEED TO TAKE TO HAVE THIS PROPERTY DECLARED A “PUBLIC NUISANCE” UNDER O.R.C 3767.41 SO THAT A RECEIVER CAN BE APPOINTED TO CARE FOR AND REHAB THE HOUSE.

    This property is vacant and I believe it has been abandoned due to the fact that the side door has been left standing wide open and the house now appears to be a dumping ground for trash and debris. The owner is alive but elderly and living off the premises, and apparently is no longer able or has no desire to care for the property. The property has been the subject of many complaints and is lowering property values of surrounding properties.

    Neighbor's driveway abuts my drive and trailer makes ingress and egress to and from my garage challenging since it is parked less than a foot off the property line. Home occupant became very hostile when I requested that he move it, and said he has no intention of moving it. Also, he parks his Volvo in front of the trailer which usually blocks the city sidewalk.
