This intersection has been plowed with all the snow pushed so high against the stop sign that it is impossible to see the traffic when making a left turn onto tollgate rd.. Motorists traveling east on tollgate are coming down a hill from a blind curve and this is going to lead to an accident. PLEASE HELP!

I wrote to complain about motorists driving on the shoulder in order to make right turns off mountain road onto Harford road. I received a letter that stated a sign would be erected and focused police enforcement would be conducted. It has been over a year since I received the letter and nothing has been done. Drivers routinely drive at speed on the shoulder while law abiding drivers make right turns which will ultimately cause a major accident.

This section of roadway was previously "repaired" and the repair made the road worse. The patches are not even with the road and are deteriorating, very shoddy work. This was done on almost the entire length of this section of n tollgate.
