    In the street directly in front of my driveway is a 6 inch mini manhole. It was once covered like a manhole with a metal lid. After this last snowstorm, it no longer has a lid. Gas company claims not theirs, says it's the city's.

    Snow removal not done at all. Have elderly and disabled neighbors who cannot reach home without risk to person or property.
