    My friend tripped over this very uneven sidewalk, causing injury.

    I am concerned about the large dead tree at the corner of Normal St. & Congress. Recently, it lost a big branch & it just seems to be a danger to homes, traffic & pedestrians in that area.

    Is it scheduled for removal soon - it is in the easement, so I'm assuming it is city responsiblity.
