Possible dangerous driveway. caused by city.

The hobos and bums are back, living out of the rear of their cars in the day, taking over the back pavilions #6-7. Sleeping on the benches. Watched a white van pull up and unload onto the benches. They are leaving a lot of garbage and stink in the area. Same ones all the time. Police chase them off, a day later they are back. We do not need another California.

Helen Howarth park pavilion 7. reported a problem about several bums tearing up the park in the past. they were chased out but have returned. There is a 20-24 year old whire male living in pavilions 6 and 7. he has a whits Chev pickup with white topper and many boxes usually on top. he takes over the pavilion and sets up camp. hooks up garden hose to water spighot and washes his clothes, sleeps on the benches, has two friends on bicycles and several other cars in attendance.

Helen Howarth Park. Bums hanging out in all of the pavilions to keep general public away from the park. Drug deals and stolen merch being sold. Look at the trees behind pav. 6-7. Several of the bums 18-20 yr old on Bicycles destroying the trees, having knife and hatchet throwing contests, mostly at trees, but sometimes at each other to try and catch them. sleeping by day in cars, roaming at night. They toss their trash in the bushes, sleep in the pavilions, do not use bathrooms, but @#$% in the bushes. Drive through any day it is the same ones controling the park. They hids stuff in the upper part of the pavilions they use. sometimes rowdy.

Helen howarth park. On several occasions I have walked through the park and witnessed Families with small kids trying to find a place to picnic. There are about 6 pavillions for picnicking. Almost every shelter was occupied by bums on bicycles with their belongings sleeping and living there. One family even went and set up their picnic on a blanket in a clearing because they were afraid to go near the shelters. The bums roam at night and sleep in the park during the day. NOT GOOD>

There is a sidewalk ,south of 102nd and w of 19-49th street. the walkway is so overgrown and debris loaded that a man in a wheel chair had to go onto us 19 to 49th street down ramp. The side walk is half covered over with growth and debris till it reaches 95th street. the weeds are up to 5 ft. tall and sand blocks the sidewalk along 49th street. badly neglected. needs tlc.

neighbor was loading up work truck about 5:00am as usual. I woke up to a ruckus then went back to sleep. later he told me about two packs of coyotes he spotted across the street. he sais there were two packs of about 6-7 each. one pack spotted him and started across the street. he hopped into his truck they ran into vacant overgrown swamp behind his house the other pack went south on 99th street. they are becoming aggressive .

RATS. At about 9:00pm just after dark, while walking my dog. I flashed my light on this abandoned home and observed about 6 to 10 large rats trying to get into the garage and running all over front of house. this was just after a rain. This house is probably infected with rats.
