Can a "No Outlet" sign be installed at the front of the neighborhood? Many cars have been driving through looking for a way around the Packard Road closure ?

All of the street lights are out in the back of the neighborhood. Noticed after the AT&T workers left the area earlier this week.

Hello - Last spring, 1/2 of the tree in our easement seemed to die overnight. The workers from the city thought that perhaps a truck had sat idling underneath, causing the damage, and they cut off all of the dead branches to hopefully save the tree. There were several additional branches that died after this, but the rest of the tree seems to have survived. I wondered if it would it be helpful for the health of the tree to have the additional dead branches cut off? I think that the annual street pruning has already been completed in our neighborhood.

After Packard between Platt and US 23 was re-surfaced, they never repainted the crosswalks at any of the intersections. Cars are not stopping within proper distance at the red lights to allow for pedestrians and bicyclists to cross safely.

The tree in our easement, which has been very full and healthy previously, is looking very distressed. Could someone please come out to look at it and give us some advice about the possible problem and it there's anything we can do?
