Broken glass in westbound bike lane on Forest between the Huron River bridge and Public Services entrance.

On the Old Dixboro Road bridge over the Huron River, which the Border To Border Trail also is routed over, there are various dips in the pavement that a rather jolting for bicyclists. One of the dips even has rebar showing. Also, the bike lane markings for the Border To Border Trail are almost completely faded.

Pedestrian crossing button, on the northwest side of the Forest/Prospect intersection, does not turn red, or make a sound, when pushed. This is the button to cross Prospect while on the "northern" Forest sidewalk heading east.

Quite a bit of stones and gravel on the south side bike lane of the Forest Avenue bridge over the Huron River. The north side could also use a cleaning. Thanks for looking into this.

When quarters are put in parking meter #48 in the North Adams parking lot (across from the EMU COB), no minutes come up, just a little flashing icon.

Snow from last week's snow not shoveled. House does not appear occupied but someone has to own it and be responsible for it!

Abandoned bicycle (with rear wheel really bent) chained to the south end of the Heritage non-motorized bride over the Huron River south of Riverside Park. This bike has been there over two weeks.

Pedestrian crossing markings have pretty much been worn away. It would be great to have more permanent thermoplastic pedestrian crossing stripes applied here as this crossing has a good number of people using it in an area where there is a high volume of vehicle traffic (often speeding).

Appears that the contractor doing work in the area has pretty much shredded the new white thermoplastic pedestrian crossing marking on North Adams at Forest.

On the southeast corner of Hill and Packard, the pedestrian crossing signal for pedestrians headed southeast on the east side of Packed (and crossing Hill) is not working (i.e. no white light "pedestrian").

Pedestrian crossing signal button, at the southeast corner of W. Cross Street and Ballard Street, does not work (i.e. no beep or light comes on when button pushed and pushing button does not cause signal to work either).

"Tow Away" area sign post near the stop sign is also bent.

Around 100 feet south of Michigan Avenue, somebody recently dumped sections of concrete construction debris right next to the Border To Border Trail in an area where contaminated soil remediation work may be done soon.

Someone left a full size mattress on the northeast corner of Forest and Dwight. It has been there now for a few days.

There are a large number of leaves on the Border To Border Trail segment from the east end of the Argo Cascades sloping down to the area under the Broadway Bridge. They are along the west side of the concrete wall in this area.
