    Please install a CONCAVE MIRROR at the Intersection of Cotton Plant Road headed North and Crestridge Road headed East Traffic attempting to go West on Crestridge Road going North on Cotton Plant Road cannot see the traffic coming west on Crestridge Road because there is curve and trees that block the view On many occasions drivers have to go into the center turning lane or bicycle lane to avoid a T-Bone collision
    The mirror costs about $64 on Amazon and I thought about erecting it myself but I'm positive that it's against the law ,I've suggestethis before but have heard NOTHING from Traffic Maintenance
    Sooner or later someone is bound to get hit
    FYI: There's an Elementary School 1.5 Blocks from this intersection and Teachers and Parents use this street from August through May each year ,,d ,,

    May Park is filthy! There is debris trash broken barriers potholes ,and uncutgrassy areas This park did not look like this last year
    I know that Soccer Teams play there most every weekend and they do pickup most of their refuse But, along the edges of the park, it's a dumping ground

    Please get it cleaned up!

    The city requires residents to place their Garbage Bins in specific locations along the curb so that they can be emptied. However, once the BIns are emptied, the Crew leaves them on the street, obstructing access to the mailbox, and in some cases close enough to the edge of the road (not on the curb) to obstruct traffic. It would take an additional 3-5 Seconds to place the Bins back on the curb or at least far enough away from traffic and mailboxes.

    The stretch of road running from Quince and Kirby east to Quince and Riverdale has to be one of the roughest areas in the city Running parallel to TN 385, it gets a lot of use as a frontage road It needs repaving IMMEDIATELY

    For the last 7 or so nights, beginning almost at 10 pm exactly, fireworks have been going off, with some intermittent gunshots, near Knight Arnold and Riverdale and further north on Five Colonies. This is only a guess, based on the sounds from this location.
    Last night, the fireworks were heard after 12:30.

    I personally saw the Work Crew of 3 men pick this trash up last week, end of January 2020! Now, people have begun to litter the area all over again.
    Not sure how we fight that level of apathy about litter.

    A number of properties in the neighborhood, including my own, have leaves and yard waste bagged and awaiting pickup.

    Several Residences on this street were missed on our normal day for pickup. The Trashbins missed in my area all had their trash receptacles out on Sunday evening in preparation for the Monday pickup. Truck never came through. Trashbins are still out on the curb.

    Recycle Cart PickUp Missed. Carts for Garbage and Recycling were both placed on the curb on 4 Sept 2017 around 4:30 p.m. for pickup on 5 September. All other Recycling on this street was picked up. I contacted the Waste Management Office on 5 September and the Customer Service Rep asked me to leave the cart out and it would be picked up today. So the Cart has been out there almost 3 days and I have seen at least 3 Recycle Trucks drive past it on Tuesday and Wednesday. Unbelievable.

    It appears that no Garbage or Recycling was picked up on our normal day, Monday, for services. January 9 doesn't appear to be a holiday, so I'm not sure what happened.

    Cart continues to be left in the street. I've requested that it be placed back on the curb previously. Since this can't be done, I'll consider not recycling and trashing all refuse. This driver does keep the cart OFF the street.

    Cart continues to be placed on the street versus the curb. This is a busy road with constant traffic to and from Riverdale Road to Germantown Road. Plus, the location of my house is in a curve. Drivers, who do not pay attention, have run into my brick mailbox twice, and into my yard and adjacent neighbors' yard several times. It's dangerous.

    So, all I need is for the Recycling Truck operator to take a few more seconds to place the cart on the curb and not on the edge of the road.

    Attached is a photo that shows how close traffic comes to the cart.
