    Both ends of the alley (39th St and 40th St) between 12th Ave N and 13th Ave N have been blocked because of sewer line construction on 39th St. We can't get past the barricade on 40th without driving into someone's yard, and recycle and trash pick-up can't get down the alley.

    Bicycles on sidewalks are becoming a hazard where businesses or residences open directly onto the sidewalk. They often ride too fast, and don't give proper notice when approaching a pedestrian from behind. Curb cuts installed as a result of the ADA for wheelchair users make cyclist behave as if they were designed for them.
