    Outdated temporary "no parking" signs are still on the sidewalk. The two signs are dated 7/20/16. It's now 7/28 and the city hasn't removed them yet. There is no indication about why the signs were placed.

    Drainage problem on this block of 8th st. Every time it rains, a deep puddle of water spanning much of the block forms in the gutter on this side of the street and takes days to dry up.
