Water is seeping from the asphalt road inside the Folsom River Ridge HOA community. The water may have originated from a large broken sprinkler head on the hillside that has been shut off. Perhaps the water flowed under the street and then resurfaced. Or there may be a leak in a pipe under the roadway. We waited a few hours but the water flow continues. When you step on it, the roadway sinks near the points where water seeps to the surface. There is concern about a hole forming in the roadway.
