    Directly in front of 1115 Wells the sidewalk has a significant 'rise' between two blocks of pavement. As I was walking yesterday, my foot caught on the 'rise' and I fell very hard. I basically went flying and landed facedown on the sidewalk. It hurt a lot! Several people stopped to check on me. Anyway, it needs to be fixed and in the meantime, there should be some kind of warning.
