    This house is acting like a salvage yard. There are two dismantled vehicles in the driveway and a truck in the street without an engine. This is my 2nd or 3rd complaint on this house.

    Obviously the homeowner doesn't care about the city's warnings. After being "notified" he continues to leave his garbage cans out, in violation of Ordinance 9-56-24 (11-24). See attached photo taken on 3/13/24. Please enforce the law and issue the owner a citation for leaving his garbage cans out 365 days a year.

    This is my 4th complaint on this house. Nothing is being done by the City. It is against City Ordinance to leave garbage carts out, please enforce the city's ordinance! Also, there is no house number attached to the house, is that not another offense? Also, there is a junk vehicle covered with a tarp in the driveway; been there for over a year, is that not another ordinance violation? Please enforce the city's ordinances.

    Third time to complain of this. Resident leaves his trash carts on the sidewalk everyday. By ordinance, carts are to be out of the public view until trash day.

    This is my 2nd complaint. My first complaint resulted in case closed: "Resolution: SWM100, Summary: COM". What does that even mean?? This is today's picture. Nothing was resolved. Please advise the homeowner of the code requiring his cans to be moved to his house, away from the street.

    How many times must the citizens complain about this eyesore? It's even made the news. The residents, even living in cars on the street, are dumping everything in the front yard, sidewalk, and street, creating a health hazard.

    A contractor at this house removed items from the house and dumped them on the sidewalk for the city to remove. That action is illegal and now the sidewalk is now completely blocked, also illegal. Why has the city not have the contractor clean up his mess? This has already been reported several times.

    Why do the City of Memphis employees not pick up trash they drop? This happens all the time. I thought Mayor Jim Strickland wanted Memphis to be brilliant at the basics! Garbage men spill trash onto the street and instead of picking up the trash, they drive off and leave it on the street every time. Please have the supervisors advise their employees to pick up trash.

    Many homeowners or hired contractors have placed debris upon the sidewalks making them impassible. One has to leave the sidewalk and walk into the street to get by, even my friend in his wheelchair.
