For months utility work has been going on. construction vehicles have been parked on Birch the whole time. The NH noise ordinance prohibits construction from starting before 7am, yet most mornings the vehicles start up at 6:35, making tons of noise w engines, back up beeping & smashing/jackhammering the pavement. It’s waking up the whole neighborhood including elderly folks and babies. Please help! I posted this issue yesterday too and it was closed by a random guy in Seattle Washington so hopefully this time it works!

There is a broken storm window & glass all over the street/sidewalk right before the entrance to Davis School parking lot. It’s a hazard to the students & kids in the neighborhood. Please clean it up!

There has been utility work going on for over a month. The vehicles have been parked on Birch and working on Birch and surrounding streets. Although NH noise ordinance prohibits construction from beginning before 7am, the noise begins most mornings at 6:35-6:40, the vehicles starting up, smashing the pavement, repeatedly making high pitched beeping sounds as they back up, etc. This is waking up the whole neighborhood including new born babies and elderly folks. Please help!
